What is a True BusinessID SSL with Extended Validation ( EV )?
An EV certificate is a new type of certificate that is designed to prevent phishing attacks. It requires extended validation of our business and authorization to order the certificate and can take a few days to a few weeks to receive confirmation.  It provides even greater assurance to customers than high assurance certificates by making the address bar turn green.
An EV Certificate is a new type of certificate that is designed to prevent phishing attacks better than normal SSL certificates.  What makes an EV Certificate so special? An SSL Certificate Provider has to do some extensive validation to give www.wicked-innocence.com one including:

Returns & Exchanges

Wicked Innocence will gladly accept eligible returns on merchandise received within 30 (thirty) days from the date of purchase. The customer must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, by emailing Wicked Innocence at: rma@wicked-innocence.com

Can I cancel an order?
Please call the Wicked Innocence customer service department A.S.A.P. If your order has not shipped out we will make every attempt to stop shipment and make any necessary changes to your order. If the order has already left the warehouse, Wicked Innocence will not be responsible for any additional charges to correct the order.

Can I return or exchange all merchandise?
Many items purchased from Wicked Innocence are eligible for return, or exchange as long as they are in their original packaging and in their original unworn condition. Please see list below for items that cannot be returned.

• Items with noticeable wear, odors, or make-up stains.
• Items with damaged packaging
• Items not returned in original packaging
• Sale or Clearance items. These are final sales regardless of dislike to sizing, quality, or color.

Please have your order number and shipping address available. A return merchandise authorization number will be sent to you. Please follow the instructions in the email.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you add delivery confirmation to all returns as Wicked Innocence is not responsible for items lost in the return shipping process.

Can I Return Heels, Shoes And Boots?
If the boots or shoes you purchased do not fit they can be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and in the original packaging, within 15 (fifteen) days of the purchase date. Shoes not shipped in their original packaging or if the packaging that is damaged or marred due to improper shipping by the customer is subject to a $10.00 repackaging fee. Please note do not apply tape or labels directly to the shoeboxes. Do not write directly onto the shoebox. Wrapping in a shipping paper or in a shipping carton is recommended.

What Is Your Valentines Day Return Policy?

Valentine Gift Items must be returned to Wicked Innocence post marked one week after Valentines Day. Eligible items can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. The items must be in their original unworn condition with original packaging. If you are unable to obtain a return merchandise authorization number online you must call Wicked Innocence Customer Service for an RMA# or your package will be refused upon delivery.

What Is Your Christmas Return Policy?

Holiday gift Items must be returned to Wicked Innocence post marked two weeks after the holiday. Eligible items can be returned for exchange, store credit, or refund. Do I Have To Pay For The Return Shipping Costs?

All shipping charges for returned merchandise must be paid by the customer returning the item. Wicked Innocence will not reimburse shipping charges for returning merchandise unless the merchandise was received in error or is defective. Under no circumstances will we reimburse the cost of overnight, 2 day, 3 day, or any other rush shipping method.

<What If My Order Was Received Incomplete?

Contact Wicked Innocence customer service immediately with an order number. Packages should be inspected for damaged and / or missing items. Customer service must be contacted within 48 hours, or your order will considered to be correct.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return Or Exchange?
Wicked Innocence will make every effort to begin processing your return within 24 hours of receipt of the item from UPS, FedEx, USPS. We do get busy at certain times of the year Valentines, holidays and there might be a delay.


How Long Does It Take To See A Refund On My Credit Card?
This is something that is a little out of our control since different credit card companies have different billing cycles. Refunds are often seen in less than a week, sometimes longer.

We are located in the United States, unlike nearly 50% of clothing and lingerie websites, so don’t be fooled by a slick design. Overseas shipping costs can sometimes take your breath away, but we will do our best to find the lowest cost carrier and make your transaction as seamless as possible. .
